  • All project information (brochures, websites, ads) is for general reference only and not legally binding unless specified in signed agreements.
  • Developers reserve rights to modify project details, layouts, specifications, and pricing without prior notice, subject to regulatory approvals.

2. Project Specifications

  • Visuals, renders, and maps are conceptual only; final deliverables may vary.
  • Dimensions, materials, and amenities are indicative and subject to change based on site conditions or compliance requirements.

3. Booking & Payments

  • Bookings are valid only after payment confirmation and document submission.
  • Payments must be made through authorized channels only.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations by buyers may incur administrative charges before refund processing.
  • Developers may cancel bookings for incomplete documentation or payment defaults.

5. Possession & Delivery

  • Possession timelines are as per agreement; delays due to force majeure events exempt the developer from liability.
  • Plot handover requires full payment clearance and legal formalities completion.

6. Usage Guidelines

  • Buyers must comply with local zoning laws and construction regulations.
  • Unauthorized construction may lead to utility service discontinuation.

7. Legal Compliance

  • Project adheres to Maharashtra RERA, land use, and environmental regulations.
  • Buyers should verify all approvals before agreement execution.

8. Third-Party Services

  • Developers are not liable for services provided by banks, architects, or contractors.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All project content (designs, logos, digital assets) is proprietary and protected.

10. Jurisdiction

  • Disputes shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Pune courts.
